MENTAL FEST 2025
Mental Fest 2025 will once again become a vibrant meeting point for expression, art, care, and community. On October 10, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Plaça Vella in Terrassa will be transformed into a lively and open space to celebrate World Mental Health Day.
The festival is organised by Ocell de Foc Volant, in collaboration with the Terrassa Mental Health Network, and aims to create a shared environment where mental health can be explored collectively through artistic practices, dialogue, and participation.
Projecte Virals plays a key role as one of the main organisers, bringing the voices and perspectives of young people of the TAG City laSala to the centre of the event. Youth participation is one of the core elements of both the festival and Virals’ artistic approach, highlighting the importance of including young generations in conversations around emotional well-being and mental health.
More than just a celebration, Mental Fest 2025 is designed as a dynamic, inclusive, and meaningful experience, inviting everyone to take part, express themselves, and connect with others.
