Every season, Theater Bellevue offers a young, inexperienced playwright the opportunity to write a short piece inspired by the theme of the open call that we organize with Het Nationale Theater. This year, it is Lynn Braaf, in response to the question: “How do we learn to listen to the silent voices of nature again?” The magic of an adopted child is a story about love, identity and how the bond between mother and child slowly changes.
