Learning All About Participation

Whilst all of the project partners were in Kristiansand for the 2019 ASSITEJ Artistic Gathering, we organised professional training for ourselves to be delivered on the topic of Participatory Decision-Making. This is closely related to other fields of Participation studies including: participatory facilitation, participatory democracy, and participatory learning and action. It included a collection of specific tools and techniques that may be used to elicit decisions from a diverse group of people in a participatory way and involved exploring approaches such as Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), Open Space technology (OST) and Participatory Mapping.

All in all, very interesting and useful for our work!
