Peculiarity
Teenagers actively co-curate a real Erasmus+ project, gaining decision-making power and hands-on experience in international youth work. Inclusion, accessibility, and intercultural collaboration are central to the process.
Project description
The initiative is led by Creative Camps (Germany) in partnership with Kunstkamp (Norway) and empowers teenagers to shape their own international youth exchange. Supported by project managers and theatre educators, teens meet regularly to co-design activities, discuss application requirements, and create a detailed exchange concept.
This program nurtures leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving while giving young participants real influence over a cross-border cultural and educational project. By engaging directly in the planning and application process, teens gain practical skills, confidence, and a sense of ownership over their international exchange.
