Project description
TeenLab, part of
Comunidad Emprendedora, is a youth-driven initiative in Villa Ángela (Chaco, Argentina) that empowers adolescents (13–18) to become cultural creators and social leaders. In a region with scarce cultural offerings, the project provides young people with tools, visibility, and meaningful connections.
With the support of an interdisciplinary team (psychologist, social worker, workshop leaders, and adult entrepreneurs), teens co-design and carry out activities such as community fairs, youth entrepreneur festivals, creative workshops, school projects, podcasts, murals, and radio programs.
The initiative believes that teenagers don’t just consume culture—they create, transform, and project it. By giving them a central role in organization and creation, TeenLab strengthens their voices, leadership, and integration, offering a bridge between generations and inspiring real community impact.
