The project is entirely by and for teenagers, giving them space to discover their own voices and transform personal and collective experiences into theater with social and cultural impact.
Project description
Escena Joven is a theater workshop designed for adolescents, where play, creativity, and expression become tools to explore both the inner self and the collective. It offers a space for meeting, listening, and group construction, where each teen can discover their body, voice, and way of being on stage. From this process, two original plays were created: El pabellón de los millennials and Pueblito, both addressing contemporary paradigms and carrying strong socio-cultural impact.
The aim is to foster self-expression, empathy, and collaboration, while also providing practical stage tools. The teens are not passive participants—they are active creators, shaping stories that speak to their generation and presenting them in productions that reflect both their personal growth and collective vision.
