Come celebrate with us BLIIIDA’s birthday with Compagnie 22 who will perform their 2023 creation for outdoor spaces called “La fin du monde n’aura pas lieu” !

Nearly 150 artists, craftspeople, entrepreneurs, associations, institutions and media come together on this atypical 30,000 m2 site, which includes creative spaces, event and meeting rooms, offices, a coworking space, a makerspace, business incubation facilities, a garden and even a canteen!

Outside, danger looms. Holed up in a decrepit house, four rather strange characters organise their survival without speaking to each other. Their daily lives are punctuated by absurd rituals and obsessive routines that seem vital to their equilibrium. Here and now, together, they support and protect each other, driven by the hope of something else… but what?

Inspired by Becket’s universe, this enthralling dance performance explores the expressive possibilities of a ‘choreographed theatre’ bordering on the burlesque, to remind us with humour and tenderness of the necessity of human relationships in a world that is coming to an end.
