Project description
“Me Two / We, the Clique” is a bold and intimate dance performance developed by Low Air Vilnius City Dance Theatre. The project invites a group of young dancers to explore deeply personal themes such as identity, power relations, and LGBTQ+ issues. Guided by a professional choreographer, the teens delve into their personal archives and memories to build a powerful and authentic narrative. The creative process is centered on collaboration, with the performers actively involved in every step, from documenting their experiences to translating them into a compelling stage performance. The final show is a manifesto on individual freedom and belonging, inviting the audience to reflect on intergenerational relationships and the boundaries of power.
