🇮🇹 VISITING: 29 Oct–1 Nov – General Meeting at SEGNI – New Generations Festival 2025

Italy

General Meeting Overview

The General Meeting gathered 35 participants, including 15 teenagers. Among them, 8 participants joined through strategic invitation, and 2 of these actively led co-curatorial workshops addressed to teenagers, as well as to tutors and curators within the ForesTEEN ecosystem.

The meeting took place within the framework of the SEGNI New Generations Festival, organized by Segni d’Infanzia, and unfolded over three days of full festival immersion.
Participants attended theatre performances and engaged in collective reflection through post-show discussion tables and shared reflection circles with teens.

The programme also encouraged informal exchange and relationship-building through participatory workshops and social moments, allowing tutors and teenagers to interact beyond official plenary sessions and fostering a horizontal, collaborative environment.

About the Festival

Founded in 2006 by Segni d’Infanzia, the SEGNI New Generations Festival is a unique international arts event in Italy dedicated to children and teenagers from 18 months to 18 years old.

The festival addresses schools, families, and theatre lovers, bringing together transgenerational and international audiences.
