TEEN to Beijing

Our Trip to China

Teenagers and project partners from the TEEN Project were invited to the ASSITEJ Artistic Gathering that was held in Beijing in August 2018. Altogether, five teenagers from Norway, Italy and Denmark travelled to China and attended several Festival shows over five days. The Teenagers, together with young people from an American Youth Theatre, participated in an event about the use of language in the Performing Arts. We were also brought to some great places for sightseeing by Festival volunteers, many of whom had studied to become translators for the event.
