“TEEN, Teenage Ambassadors Across Europe, is a collaborative project to excite teenagers about Theatre and other performing arts. Recently, some teenagers gathered in Hasselt to exchange ideas and learn from each other.

We talked to Harald (18, 🇩🇰) & Nikolaj (17, 🇩🇰), two of the project’s participants. Here’s what they had to say:

“Art transcends normal language barriers and cultures; it’s a way of coming together and communicating without using words. Even if a play focuses on a specific culture, for example, Theatre about Japan, it’s still something that everyone can watch and get something out of.”
